Tongue and lip tie baby approved Long story short, my daughter had a tongue and lip tie preventing her from nursing. Even 2 weeks since her revision, she still struggles with latching and leaks a lot when drinking from the bottle. We pace feed and use a preemie nipple and she still makes a giant mess. We tried Mam, Avent, and Tommy Tippee which are supposed to be the most like the breast, yet she still tends to do better with these and leaks much less than with the others. I love that this set came with preemie nipples, as I’ve been having to purchase them separately else where. It is a pain sometimes because we will forget the green insert. There’s just more parts than most bottles, which means more to clean. When you’re pumping so many times a day, it’s easy to forget the extra steps. However; she does the best with these. The price on amazon was better than walmart & it’s nice having my baby registry discount for several months. This is my fifth baby and only the second who is exclusively on the bottle, but overall, we like these a lot.
